Our Mission

We empower organizations and their people through personalized wellness, ADA accommodation coaching, and inclusive support services that elevate performance, honor individuality, and create lasting harmony between work and well-being.

What We Do

We partner with organizations to build healthier, more inclusive workplaces where employees can thrive. By fostering a culture of support, understanding, and empowerment, we help create environments where people feel valued, stay engaged, and perform at their best. When employees are healthy, productive, and appreciated, organizations are better positioned for long-term success.

Our Vision

Redefine employee wellness by making personalized, inclusive, and evidence-based support accessible to every workplace—creating healthier employees, stronger leaders, and more resilient organizations.

Our Core Belief

People in Alignment create Organizations in Harmony.

Employees are not productivity machines.

They are human beings.

When organizations invest in the whole person—not just the worker—performance, retention, engagement, and culture improve naturally.

The Story Behind the Name

The name Harmonis was intentionally created. It combines the ideas behind two original names:

Represents balance, unity, connection, and working together.

Alignis

A modern word inspired by "alignment."

Represents helping people align their work, health, purpose, and daily habits.

Together they became:

The name represents exactly what we believe

When people are aligned with themselves, their work, and the people around them, harmony naturally follows.
